1. In contrast to the developed countries of the world at this time in Ukraine in the vast majority as a food exclusively used hemp seeds and their derivatives ( oil , bran , protein , husked seeds , and so on ), which since ancient times have been used and are used today as a tasty and healthy therapeutic agent with a wide spectrum of action . In our country, there is no market for technical cannabis leaves and inflorescences used as a tasty and extremely healthy food product with enormous therapeutic potential , since at the moment its activity is not regulated by the current regulatory framework . So far, no one in Ukraine has tried to work with young shoots of technical hemp , which have not only a pleasant taste, but also have a number of therapeutic properties and only a few companies have tried to work with hemp root .

2. In the vast majority of cases technical hemp seeds cultivated in the traditional way are sold in Ukraine . Firstly, companies specializing in organic farming operate under export contracts . Secondly, the cost of seeds grown in compliance with the norms and rules of organic farming is several times more expensive than those produced in the traditional way, and their quality does not significantly differ from seeds obtained as a result of traditional farming. Heavy metals, chemically active elements in trace amounts are concentrated precisely in the seeds , therefore, as a seed material, all agricultural producers cultivating organic hemp use seed material grown in the traditional way.

3. Any external influence (temperature, pressure, use of chemicals, etc.) violates the predefined nature of the connection of plant elements, and also reduces the number of biologically active substances that are in the seed and accordingly increases the cost of the final product used .

4. The level of fatty acids in the seeds reflects such an indicator as the acid number. If stored improperly or for a long time, the acid number increases, and the palatability deteriorates - the seeds are bitter, while losing nutrition and nutritional value, a pleasant nutty flavor and an attractive smell.

5. In the case of seed germination (traditionally put in water overnight), nature itself launches a biological laboratory, which brings the maximum therapeutic / physiological / taste effect to the human body .

In particular, up to 80% of the elements contained in the seeds of industrial hemp are polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are vital for the normal functioning of the human body. Hemp seed in its composition contains the following fatty acids: palmitic (whole seed - 6.23% / core - 7.6%); stearic (2.65% / 2.48%); arachidine (0.60% / 1.07%); oleic (10.22% / 10.38%); vaccine (1.27% / 1.69%); linoleic (56.42% / 54.92%); α – linolenic (18.6% / 17.45%); γ-linolenic (2.45% / 2.72%); stearidone (0.54% / 0.5%). About 40 natural macro and micro chemical elements necessary for the normal functioning of all vital systems and organs of the human body were found in seeds : phosphorus (1160 mg), potassium (859 mg), magnesium (483 mg), calcium (145 mg), iron ( 14 mg), manganese (7 mg), zinc (7 mg); in small amounts of sulfur, thorium, selenium, molybdenum, zirconium, beryllium, etc. In addition, untreated seeds contain a significant range of vitamins A (3800 IU), B1 (0.4 mg), B2 (0.11 mg), B3 (2.8 mg), B6 ​​(0.12 mg), D (22 IU), E (90 mg).
