The use of cannabis for the treatment of fertility problems

06.12.2018

We are observing the solution of the problems of infertility with the help of technical therapeutic cannabis for both women and men. If you add a little selenium and zinc to your standard dietary supplements made on the basis of a technical therapeutic cannabis you treat prostatitis, and in the future problems of oncology, a prostate cancer.

On the pages of the specialized electronic edition of Ukrainian cannabis, several times the question was raised about the possibilities of using cannabis to facilitate the birth period in women, as well as the treatment of various urogenital infections (frigidity, infertility, erectile dysfunction, etc.) in patients of both sexes. In particular, the material "Treatment of pregnancy hemp" described the practical American experience in the treatment of "Vomiting of pregnant women" (Hyperemesis Gravidarium) using the above therapeutic properties of cannabis.

International studies

The endocannabinoid system in mammals is closely associated with reproduction. The use of cannabinoid therapy for couples with reproductive difficulties is attracting increasing attention in the economically developed countries of the world.

The endocannabinoid system regulates almost all aspects of the female and male reproductive system. The complex balance between endocannabinoid components, including the CB1 and CB2 receptors, is crucial at different stages of the urinary system of the human body, and inappropriate regulation of this balance can lead to negative consequences, as well as loss of the fetus.

In particular, scientists tested mice in which the CB1 and CB2 receptors are absent. At the same time, experiments demonstrate that the absence of these receptors leads to the loss of a fetus. In mice that only had CB1 deficiency, improper implantation of the embryo was observed, which led to ectopic pregnancy and decreased fertility.

Endocannabinoid system helps prepare healthy female follicles for ovulation

The study of various aspects of female infertility, including folliculogenesis, the normal course of ovulation and egg cell maturation, gives us an understanding that improving the endocannabinoid system helps to “stretch” female problems related to fertility. It is established that in cases where the follicular fluid has a sufficient amount of anandamide, mature oocytes appear in the female body. In a significant number of cases of infertility, there is a lack of the above endogenous cannabinoid neurotransmitter.

Cannabinoid receptors play a key role in sperm formation

In men, activation of cannabinoid receptors, as well as receptors that promote cannabinoid signaling (for example, TRPV1), plays an important role in the development of spermatozoa (the spermatogenesis process), as well as their viability and mobility.

Sperm cells use the CB1 receptor during gene expression, it is present in all parts of the male germ cell (head, middle, tail). At the same time, CB2 is present only in the head, and the TRPV1 is exclusively in the head of the head. In addition, it has been established that TRPV1 receptors are involved in the regulation of egg and sperm fusion.

Since the above aspects of male fertility - spermatogenesis and sperm motility depend on the normal functioning of the cannabinoid system, scientists argue that the treatment of male infertility is directly related to the restoration of the normal functioning of the endocannabinoid system.

Commentary of the Association "Ukrainian technical hemp"

The findings of scientists from economically developed countries of the world are confirmed by the relevant observations of specialists of our country. In particular, during the presentation of one of the representatives of the national pharmacological industry at the Cannabinoid Therapy round table, it was stated that “In Europe, cannabidiol (CBD) of plant origin is used to rehabilitate women and men from infertility. This is the number one problem in Europe, and in Ukraine. Also with the help of vegetable CBD, problems of urogenital infections are solved, as well as problems of the pelvis, including blockage of pipes in which women cannot give birth. Vegetable cannabidiol in complex tera These problems actually solve these problems in two months. These women who have been treated for more than 10 years (could not give birth) got the opportunity to completely get rid of this ailment and become a mother. We also see solutions to the problems of infertility using technical hemp therapeutic orientation like women, and in men. If you add a little selenium and zinc to your standard dietary supplements made on the basis of technical hemp therapeutic focus, you treat prostatitis, and in the future there will be problems with Ogii - prostate cancer. Few people have seen these processes clearly, so I understand why such opposition. We can actually overwhelm the market of the European pharmaceutical industry by 20-25%
